Odette Fodor-Gernaert

Odette, Maria, Wilhelmine, Hildegard, also known as Odette Fodor-Gernaert of Ossining, New York passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, after a strong valiant fight with colon cancer, she is finally at peace. Odette was born on February 19, 1949, in Aardenburg, Zeeuws Vlaanderen, the Netherlands. 

A Memorial Service will be held at Antioch Baptist Church, 3 Church Street, Bedford Hills, NY 10507. Please join us for a CELEBRATION OF ODETTE'S LIFE on Saturday, November 8, 2025, the service will begin promptly at 10:00AM, the church doors will be open at 9:30AM. 

Odette leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Arthur Heydendael; daughter, Alexandra Fodor, and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
